Emancipation Proclamation & 13th Amendment exhibit with original signed copies on display!
A rare signed copy of the Emancipation Proclamation, Leland-Boker edition, and a Senate Enrolled copy of the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution signed by Abraham Lincoln will display outside the Lincoln Financial Foundation Gallery to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation.
